All training takes place at Kiwanis Park, DeKalb
All players should wear NIFC training gear

U12 Girls = Mon/Wed, 5:00-6:15p
U14 Girls (Premier) = Mon/Wed, 5:00-6:30p
U14 Girls (Elite) = Tues/Thurs, 5:00-6:30p

U10 Coed = Mon/Wed, 5:00-6:15p
U12 Boys = Tues/Thurs, 5:00-6:15p
U14 Boys (Premier) = Mon/Wed, 6:00-7:30p
U14 Boys (Elite) = Mon 5:00-6:30p, Wed 6:15-7:45p
U16 Boys = Tues/Thurs, 6:15-7:45p
U17 Boys = Mon/Wed, 6:15-7:45p

Goalkeeper Training = Tues, 5:00-6:00p (U13 and older), Tues 6:15-7:15pm (U12 and younger)
