U9 Boys Premier = Tu/Th 6:00-7:15pm
U11 Boys Premier = M/W 6:00-7:15pm
U13 Boys Premier = Tu/Th 6:30-8:00pm
U14/15 Boys Premier = M/W 6:00-7:30pm

U13 Girls Premier = Tu/Th 5:00-6:30pm
U15 Girls Pool Training (Red and Black teams) = M/W 5:00-6:30pm
U18 Girls Elite = M/W 6:30-8:00pm

Goalkeeper training (U13 and younger) = Tu 5:00-6:00pm
Goalkeeper training (U14 and older) = Tu 6:00-7:00pm

All training takes place at DeKalb Kiwanis Park (391 Fairview Drive)
Players should wear NIFC training gear (grey NIFC training jersey, black Adidas shorts/socks)
